All orders (except the knits) placed by 13:00 GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) are dispatched SAME working day. You will receive tracking information for your parcel.
At busy times of the year such as Christmas, orders may take
a little longer but we will make sure to keep you informed of any delays.
The carrier will usually deliver your item to your door. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the goods. If unable to deliver the carrier will leave a note with instructions and you will need to rearrange a delivery or collect your package.
If an order is returned to us because the carrier could not deliver the parcel or it was not collected then you will be required to pay an additional delivery cost to have your order resent. This will also apply if you have supplied an incorrect/incomplete delivery address.
We are not liable for any delays caused by a carrier or circumstances which do not depend on us.
Bebonito.com reserves the right to cancel an order if the items cannot be delivered to your shipping destination for whatever reason. In this case we will notify you and will process a full refund.
For personalised items where bespoke work is involved orders may take longer. The processing time would vary depending on the item:
For children’s knits – up to 5 working days;
For adult’s knits – up to 10 working days;
If we work on your project (involving custom design) the processing time may take 3-4 weeks after placing the order. If you consider ordering a bespoke hand knitted item with us please allow enough time for communication and work on your unique product. In order to receive a perfect item please let us fulfils your requirements in manageable timescale.
Duties and taxes may be due upon receipt and are the responsibility of the customer. Please note: arrival times quoted reflect typical experience and may differ based on border clearance delays.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept your return. You do not need to provide a reason.
You need to tell us that you want to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you've told us. We will refund your goods within 14 days of receiving them back.
You must return the unused item in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached. When you pack your goods for return please use the mailing bag you received your goods in. This is a prove of your purchase with us.
In order to insure your return please use a traceable service like myHermes.co.uk or Royal Mail Recorded.
